Horrible customer service at all levels from @titaneyeplus .. worst I have seen in the industry. Extremely disappointed that a company as reputed as Titan can have such standards.
I was on call for over 2 hours yesterday with @airindia customer service, first speaking to Mr Rudransh Sharma who not only repeatedly gave me wrong information but also disconnected my call wilfully, and then to Mr Shavez Alam, who could do nothing to rectify the situation.
Now I can’t use DigiYatra, and my faith on Air India and its staff has reduced so much that I don’t even know if the ticket will exist tomorrow when I try to catch the flight. This is now my 5th unresolved complaint, adding to the 4 others in relation to my previous booking.
I have spent the last 28 hours in the most harrowing set of calls with @airindia employees (8 of them by now) and am no closer to any resolution. Having given up on my previous booking, I made a fresh booking only to be told that web check in would not be possible.
I have never faced such a serious issue of misinformation and complete lack of intent to rectify an issue from any reputable organisation and I expected it least from @airindia, a part of @TataCompanies . Mr N Chandrasekaran and Mr @RNTata2000 , I hope this reaches you.
@airindia The technical team has said “due to operational reasons you cannot web check in and have to check in only physically at the airport”. They have not given me an error code or any other reason. Now I cannot use @digiyatra because of this. I do not know even if my booking is valid
@airindia Your customer service executive has put me on hold because she is not able to get my web check in done. Her name is Ms Tisha Arora. The technical team has told her my web check in cannot be done and even the technical team cannot explain why.
@airindia Your team has not gotten in touch. The call centre executives called and they could not resolve any of my 4 complaints. I have made an additional paid booking in spite of my money being stuck with you on my previous booking and now you are not allowing web checkin. Unbelievable
Is this the level of customer service that I am to expect from Air India as a “valued gold customer” ?
I have been told that I need to write to the Nodal Officer and to the Appellate Authority of Air India but I have a feeling this will also not yield any result.
I have again spoken to Ms Vaishali Godara who has now informed me that Mr Sayandeep is too busy with other matters and will probably call me back within an hour or two.
Not only the customer care executives, even the supervisors have absolutely NO commitment to their word.
When no supervisor called, I called customer service again after 1 pm, connected with Ms Supriya Sahu, who told me after a 16 minute call that Mr Sayandeep Dutta, the supervisor, will call me within 5-10 minutes. I still haven’t received a call back. It is now almost an hour.
Neither of the customer executives could connect me to a supervisor, and they both told me in clear words on a recorded interaction that “Air India does not allow us to give out the name of the supervisor” . The supervisor was supposed to call me between 11 am and 1 pm today.

Who do I need to connect with at @JioCare for an immediate disconnection and refund? Or do I need to go to consumer court? I have had 3 months of the most disappointing, frustrating and counterproductive relationship with Jio.
