@agodasg @Drukair @agoda Booked flight (SIN–GAU, 9 Apr) with on 14 Jan. Agoda says flight cancelled, but airline confirms it’s ON TIME. My PNR is INVALID & the airline can’t find my booking—ticket not issued? Travel date is near & only 1 direct flight. No resolution from Agoda.

This is the third time I am facing this issue with Agoda with the same modus operandi, so now frustrated and had to post so that action can be taken to stop all these fraudulent transactions.

🚨 HOTEL FRAUD ALERT🚨 Booked Sky Suites KLCC by Stay Here via Agoda (Booking ID: 1963047729) for 19–21 Dec and PAID IN FULL. At check-in, entry was DENIED due to “property issues” and a FULL REFUND was promised. Even @Agoda, hasn’t resolved this.
Requesting immediate action.
