Just had my first poop of the year, so now I can finally say goodbye to all the shit 2022 caused.

I’ve had these forks for about a decade, and only now that I’m part way through my meal, I notice one of the prongs is not right. I now can’t use this fork, and have to check all the other forks, and probably replace a lot of forks. Thanks for attending my neurodivergent Ted Talk

Rant: A friend at work asked if I could make some cookies. Told them I would leave them a dozen in a spare locker. Associate asked about some too, so I said same deal. Made 64 cookies (in bags of 4) to give out to people I like. But no, that can’t happen.

@cantobritt And this was secret too, they were hidden in a locker in the ladies room, with only two knowing which locker. But still, if you ate told there are a dozen cookies for you, why take more than five dozen? That’s just rude.

In a bit of a song writing slump at the moment. Only written 7 songs in the last month, and only 2 of those are maybe useable. So instead I’m trying to cover a seldom covered Beatles track. Anyone want to guess so far? Still a lot of recording and mixing to go.

Two cans exploded in the fridge while I was at work, I guess I had it set too cold. Anyway, that was a lot of fun cleaning out the caked on cola, from in the fridge and on the floor.

And while I’m here, my rental place sucks. Newish place, but they ignored the insulation code. It was a top of 35° today, currently 14° and raining outside, and 31° in my bedroom. I’m not looking forward to summer.

I have a knack for coming up with riffs or lyrics just as I’m going to bed. Tonight I decided to ignore the need for sleep and write. I’ve ended up with a nice little love ballad. Now to let it simmer overnight and make it good.
