Activist: "Your cows are putting carbon into the atmosphere."
Farmer: "Where did they get it?"
Activist: "What?"
Farmer: "The carbon. Where did the cow get it before it put it anywhere."
Activist: "From... eating?"
Farmer: "From eating grass. And where did the grass get it."
Activist: "The soil?"
Farmer: "The air. The grass pulled it out of the air last spring. The cow ate the grass. The cow breathed some of it back out. It went back into the air it came from."
Activist: "But it's still going into the atmosphere."
Farmer: "It's going back. There's a difference between a thing going somewhere and a thing going back. You've described a circle and you're frightened of it."
Activist: "Then just don't have the cow."
Farmer: "The grass still dies in autumn. It rots where it falls. The carbon goes back into the air either way, just without anyone getting fed in the middle."
Activist: "It's not that simple."
Farmer: "It's grass, cow, breath, grass. Or it's grass, rot, air, grass. Same circle, fewer dinners. If that's complicated for you I'd stay away from the water cycle. That one's got clouds in it."

Most women cannot afford it... They can barely take care of themselves without Involving a man... So how can they take care of multiple men?
It's only when it comes to sleeping around u want to compete with men... Can you spend like the men are doing?

Yesterday taught me something about dreams and hard work.
Around 4pm, I returned to my office in Lagos after a stressful solar installation in Ilupeju. My body was tired, my clothes dusty, and my head hot from stress.
I gave my boys ₦50,000 and told them:
“Go to the mall, get something nice for yourselves. You people tried today.”
As soon as they left, my iPhone rang.
Unknown number.
I picked up.
“Good evening, is this Adegoke?”
“Yes sir.”
“This is Governor Adeleke, Executive Governor of Osun State.”
For some seconds, I froze.
He said an Alhaji I once worked for recommended me strongly and told him I was very good with solar and inverter projects.
Then he said:
“We want to discuss solar projects for hospitals and government facilities in Osun. Can you be at the Government House tomorrow before noon?”
My heart started racing.
I immediately said:
“I’ll be there before 11am, Your Excellency.”
Minutes later, the same Alhaji called me.
He said:
“I already told the governor about your work. Don’t disappoint me.”
At that point, sleep disappeared from my eyes.
I kept checking the time all night.
By 5am, I was awake.
Did my devotion.
Bathed.
Entered my car and drove straight to Osogbo.
I got to the Government House before 11am.
I met commissioners, important officials, and eventually I was led into the governor’s office.
I prostrated to greet him like a true son of the soil.
Documents came out.
Project discussions started.
Hospitals.
Government facilities.
Execution timelines.
Then the governor looked at me and said:
“I trust you’ll do a good job.”
At that moment, years of stress, sleepless nights, difficult jobs, and sacrifices finally started making sense.
Then suddenly…
“Oga… Oga wake up. It’s already 7pm.”
I opened my eyes.
Na office chair I still dey sit.
Everything was a dream.
But strangely, I wasn’t disappointed.
Because sometimes dreams are reminders of where hard work can take you.
And deep down, I know someday the jobs I’ve done in Ede, Osogbo, Ilesha, and Lagos, East, North etc will speak for me.
And when that call finally comes for real…
I won’t need to dream it twice.
I’ll already be ready. ⚡

I see the same play he made when be was contesting for Governor here.
He contested the first time to test his popularity. And then he came back 4 years later, as the candidate of a coalition and he won.
This declaration is not for 2027. It’s for 2031 or 2034
Olóyè.@Ol0ye
A true son of Ibadan. Retiring to the senate is relegating yourself just to hold onto political relevance. We don't play that shit. We have too much pride for that shit. I'll be voting for Obi, but if I had a second place vote, it'll go to Makinde.
