This will undoubtedly be overshadowed, but it is one of the most important reports out there right now. Marco Rubio is personally overseeing the starvation of an entire nation. Cubans want dialog and a way forward, without surrendering their sovereignty.

Trump wants a deal with Cuba. Rubio wants a fake dialogue with the Cubans that will fail—bolstering his argument that diplomacy is a lost cause and regime change in Havana is the only option.
