Biotoxic Disinjector. It’s Strong! … too strong. Tonight Friday April 3rd at 6pm PT we will be doing a change on live taking it down a notch and nerfing its damage. We’re likely to make some adjustments to Biotox in the near future and may not stick to this damage nerf but for now we wanted to make sure we could curb a little bit of its dominion in the game. 

The change:
- Biotoxic Disinjector will now deal 35% less damage across the board.

@AlgoSaysRun @SentryTheChamp @2AngryGamers @MarathonTheGame Not at all. There’s zero reason anything especially 3080 and up should be getting under 100fps unless it’s maxed out graphics 4k. It’s disgusting to look at when it’s under 100 it’s not smooth at all

So @MarathonTheGame is pretty fun, HOWEVER.. The fact you cannot turn off the insanely aggressive graphical bloom in the settings is an outrage. Its genuinely an accessibility issue - I cannot play games with heavy bloom, it strains my eyes as they struggle to focus. Thankfully one of the NVIDIA filters was able to help, so for anyone finding it toO much, I recommend using the 'Details' filter and bumping the 'Clarity' value up (between 60-70 is enough I think). Screenshots Below to see the difference. This needs sorting out though - @Bungie please give players the ability to turn down effects which mean negatively impact their experience.

I've already done so and instead of thanking you, would shame you for even suggesting it. played Ghost of Tsushima specifically to compare with this when it came out. I had DNF'd it at launch. Hated it both times, but forced my way through, complaining to chat more as time went on. A boring drag of a game. No real stealth tools and it felt like the apocalyptic version of fuedal Japan. Shadows was exactly what I was looking for--populated, detailed, insane stealth and combat. Not to mention a Sims-like hideout to build.

@TheCartelDel 1) Independent means not owned by a publisher for sure. But “indie” is a term of its own that has classically meant a small team that is usually self funded or minimally funded I think the distinction matter otherwise there isn’t a clear category or distinction for small teams.

If you actually read the patch notes, they made his cooldowns on Rendezvous longer, the area of effect that he could TP smaller, his slows don’t last as long, the ammo for his sherif costs more, his ult costs more, etc. it’s literally a nerf everywhere.
