Never buying a @Jeep again. 🤬 My 2021 Cherokee’s radio won’t turn off after shutting down the car (a notorious bug).the dealer service manager told me it’d take 2-3 DAYS just to diagnose it and refused to help prevent a dead battery. Zero support for a known issue. I'm done. 👋

@Jeep Waiting for Jeep to send out the recall for transfer cases and drive shafts that cover the 2022 Grand Cherokee. There is no reason the consumer should have to pay for this. I have DMd you like you asked

@Jeep If you know the Grand Cherokee’s need new transfer cases and two weeks ago over 7,000 on order that would then backordered. Why is jeep not doing a recall and instead passing the buck on to its consumers!!

@Jeep My question is why if there is that many that places orders for this part and you extended the warranty for some because part was going bad on so many of them. Why is Jeep not paying for this instead of the Jeep owners? This is on you!

@Jeep The drive shafts also need replaced with this new transfer case so again why do your consumers have to pay for something you know is on Jeep to fix. Highly disappointed!
