@Palermo_seun I suggest the Nigeria military should battle the bandits using the air force and the ground troops will conquer the bandits one time quick

Major Nigerian Military “Mistaken Airstrike” Incidents 🔴 1. Rann IDP Camp Bombing •Date: 17 January 2017 •Place: Rann, Borno State •What happened: A fighter jet targeted what was believed to be a Boko Haram base, but it was actually an IDP (refugee) camp. •Casualties: ~70–100 civilians + aid workers killed •Cause: Misidentification of displaced people as terrorists 🔴 2. Damboa / Sakotoku Village Strike •Date: 13 April 2020 •Place: Damboa LGA, Borno State •What happened: Airstrike aimed at insurgents mistakenly hit a village. •Casualties: ~17 civilians (including children) •Cause: Wrong intelligence / targeting error 🔴 3. Maiduguri Area Retaliatory Strike •Date: 25 April 2021 •Place: Near Maiduguri, Borno State •What happened: Military launched a retaliation strike after insurgents killed soldiers, but civilians were hit. •Casualties: Unspecified number •Cause: Poor verification before strike 🔴 4. Yunusari Strike •Date: 15 September 2021 •Place: Yunusari, Yobe State •What happened: Aircraft bombed a village mistakenly. •Casualties: 10+ killed, many injured •Cause: Civilians mistaken for militants 🔴 5. Katsina Airstrike •Date: Around 2022 •Place: Katsina State •What happened: Jet pursuing bandits mistakenly bombed civilians. •Casualties: 6–10 civilians killed •Cause: Target confusion during pursuit 🔴 6. Nasarawa Airstrike •Date: 24 January 2023 •Place: Rukubi, Doma LGA, Nasarawa State •What happened: Airstrike targeted criminals but hit local residents/herders. •Casualties: ~39 civilians killed •Cause: Mistaken identity 🔴 7. Tudun Biri Massacre (Very Famous) •Date: 3 December 2023 •Place: Tudun Biri, Kaduna State •What happened: A drone strike hit a religious gathering (Maulud celebration). Survivors said bombs dropped twice. •Casualties: 85–120+ civilians (many children) •Cause: Villagers mistaken for bandits 🔴 8. Sokoto Christmas Airstrike •Date: 25 December 2024 •Place: Silame area, Sokoto State •What happened: Strike targeting Lakurawa insurgents hit villages instead. •Casualties: ~10 civilians killed •Cause: “Secondary explosions” / wrong targeting 🔴 9. Zamfara Airstrike •Date: 1–2 June 2025 •Place: Maru LGA, Zamfara State •What happened: Airstrike targeted bandits but hit local vigilantes and civilians. •Casualties: ~20 civilians killed •Cause: Misidentification of vigilantes as criminals 🔴 10. Sokoto Village Bombing (Another Case) •Date: Late 2025 (Christmas period) •Place: Silame LGA, Sokoto State •What happened: Jets targeting terrorists bombed two villages (Gidan Sama & Rumtuwa). •Casualties: At least 10 killed •Cause: Villages too close to terrorist hideouts 🔴 11. Yobe Market Massacre (Most Recent) •Date: April 2026 •Place: Yobe State (near Borno border) •What happened: Airstrike aimed at militants hit a busy market. •Casualties: 100–200+ civilians feared dead •Cause: Military said it was targeting terrorists but it was a misfire Bandits kill civilians. Boko Haram kills civilians. IPOB kill civilians. Kidnappers keep taking lives. And even the Nigerian military, meant to protect, has also caused civilian deaths in mistaken strikes. In all this suffering, ordinary Nigerians are the ones paying the price. How many more lives before real safety becomes reality?

They should keep applying the Israeli tactic once they spot them just nomb the place these villages don’t want to share information with our military rather they keep friendly relationship with Biko haram members just because they are family members. If they cannot disown them the military should just bomb their hideout

@adamugarba What effort where made to further verify his claim with reasonable Intel before bombing a public market. If such level of collateral damage is sustainably lawful why not unleash it effective throughout the region?

According to the Nigerian Airforce, this Boko Haram’s member’s testimony, along other intelligence was the reason why they dropped the bomb at Jelli Market in Yobe. It appears that several members of Boko Haram were shopping at the Jelli market. Listen to his confession.

@iambabangida_ Looking at what the Ukrainians are doing with ten naira drones(sarcasm), do we really need obsolete noisy aircrafts we still can't efficiently use and upgrade to fit our environment? Wait, aren't these the aircrafts the Nigerian government used to defeat the Biafran army?
