This is exactly the standard @GuardianAudits strives for. Audits shouldn’t be a one-off report — they should leave teams with reusable invariants, better testing discipline, and sharper intuition about their own systems.
/director@fullyallocated

A cool insight into the review/auditing process w/ the folks at @GuardianAudits. This example was not from the Baseline code, but we got similar depth of review. One maybe undervalued part of their audits is that their teams write complete invariant test suites with state of the art tools (echidna + medusa atm) which you can bring into your repo & integrate with your development process. Not only that, but studying their invariant tests can improve your skills as a smart contract/protocol dev and teach you new perspectives on how to test + what needs to be tested. By running their invariants in our development suites, we have found bugs that we never would have found otherwise. I have no doubt in my mind @0xOwenThurm, @giraffe0x, and the rest of the team at Guardian will play a key role in the ultimate success of DeFi and crypto. They are pioneering a standard in testing/auditing that we will one day look back and take for granted as the "obvious" way to do things. My utmost respect to these devs, and auditors/security researchers in general, for helping secure our space and giving us the tools, knowledge, and confidence to pioneer innovative protocols. Thank you.

Akshay (@akshaybd) of @solana explains just how much of a pain it used to be just to be able to hold US dollars outside the US before stablecoins. “Before you would’ve had to fill out lending forms and hope that an overseas bank would allow you to hold dollars, but now you can just download an app with the icon of a ghost and easily get US dollars.”

That's now 3 stablecoin-focused L1s unveiled within the past few weeks: @stable, Tempo from @stripe, and now Arc from @circle. Stable - ⛽ is USDT, guaranteed blockspace for partnered enterprises Arc - ⛽ is USDC, built-in forex, private TXs Tempo - ❓...in stealth, but stripe's UX will likely abstract away the chain The dollar is becoming borderless right before our eyes. Not going to be possible to stop capital flight from weaker currencies.
Circle@circle

Introducing Arc, the home for stablecoin finance. @Arc is an open Layer-1 blockchain purpose-built to drive the next chapter of financial innovation powered by stablecoins. Designed to provide an enterprise-grade foundation for payments, FX, and capital markets, Arc delivers the performance, reliability, and liquidity builders need to meet global financial demands. Arc features: ✅ USDC as native gas ✅ Built-in FX engine ✅ Deterministic sub-second finality ✅ Opt-in privacy ✅ Full Circle platform integration Open, composable, and EVM-compatible, Arc is designed to interoperate seamlessly with the broader multichain ecosystem. As part of our mission to advance blockchain infrastructure, we're excited to welcome the Malachite team and IP from @informalinc to Circle. Arc is built on Malachite’s high-performance consensus engine. In line with our commitment to open-source development, the core software for Arc will be released under a permissive license, enabling the broader developer community to contribute, extend, and build on top. Serving as foundational infrastructure for the internet, Arc will enable 24/7 global settlement that’s as seamless and native as messaging on the web. Arc will enter private testnet in the coming weeks, with public testnet expected this fall. The tech we’re building right now @GuardianAudits is cutting edge Incredibly bullish on the toolkit that will be available to Guardian’s amazing security researchers, as well as the contributions Guardian will make to the web3 sec space as a whole ⚡️

The first Dev roadmap newsletter was released internally at Guardian today. Needless to say there’s a lot we’re working on and I’m more bullish than ever on the future for Web3 security. S/o to @aidank1234 🫡

@victorcardenas @base Looks incredible, love what you're doing 🔥 quick question on payments...in the vid, it says these accounts are ready to be paid by Stripe. Would the business still need an entity acceptable to Stripe to onboard with them?

We raised $60M for this moment: Introducing Slash Global USD (in partnership w/ @base). It's the first banking platform that lets you open a USD account without an LLC, EIN, or the rampant account closures they call "account safety". It took major legislative changes AND 3 years to pull this off. Here's what makes it so different: 1. Banking without an LLC. Before Slash: You needed a LLC, $1K in fees, a virtual address, and a U.S. tax ID. With Slash you get a real U.S. account & routing number in ~10 minutes with your foreign documents. 2. No more hefty fees. PayPal charges a 3-4% conversion fee. We let you receive USD and crypto (USDC) with NO fees. Not enough? We pay you up to 4.5% cash rewards just for holding your money with us. 3. Account freezes. The big guys love flagging success as “fraud”. We're built for fast moving founders. We'll never wrongfully freeze your funds. I'm putting my money where my mouth is: If we do, I'll wire $10K to a charity of your choice. ------------------------------ In 2021, I dropped out of the number 1 school in America as a Venezuelan immigrant to build Slash. I pivoted the business 2x before getting our first customer. Today: - 3,000 businesses use @slashapp - We bought the domain Slash . com for $1M - $4B is spent on our credit cards every year And we just raised $41M from the people who built fintech: @MenloVentures @NEA @ycombinator @goodwatercap -------------------------------- To celebrate this launch, we're giving away our internal AI finance Agent free. It watches your bank accounts 24/7. Flags double charges. Cancels forgotten subscriptions. It saved us $39,000 last month. You don’t need a Slash account. It works with any bank. Retweet + comment “Slash” and I’ll send you a free access link.
