Calcium and tortuosity provide significant challenges in PCI. The attached case presentation from Dr. Scott Harding (Wellington Hospital, New Zealand) is a great expert example of complex coronary disease management. A 7F #LiquID Guide Catheter Extension is delivered using the "inch worm" technique in a calcified and highly angulated "Shepard's Crook" right coronary.
