@SkyHelpIreland is it possible to talk to anyone? Cut off after 22 minutes. Got someone next time and she transferred me to loyalty dept. Currently 19 minutes waiting

@SkyIreland nearly an hour on hold to get cut off and now on hold again.....on hold to get talking to the loyalty department strangely enough
