@aiera533774 @Whatnot That’s a serious situation—and if your account of events is accurate, you shouldn’t just accept that loss. Platforms do have the right to hold payouts, but they still have to justify it clearly and apply their terms fairly. Right now documentation and escalation.

@Whatnot Scammed me for over $18,000. We were invited to sell on this platform and decided to give it a shot. Our first two weeks were really good and we sold and shipped out over 500 units. ALL 5 STAR reviews and no complaints from ANY of our customers. We proceed to get banned the day after requesting a payout. We were told the money will be held for 31 DAYS to process returns and refunds but after the 31 days, they proceed to tell us that our payout GOES AGAINST their TERMS AND SERVICE! Now when we try to email them they just give us the same response and dont even try to work with us or anything. Out 18k for no wrong doing. We lost 500 units of inventory and got nothing back for it. I'll be posting a video soon explaining the full details.

@Whatnot the WORST seller support, over 30 emails sent not ONE reply fixing the issue. Everytime I reach out, I get a message saying that theyre actively looking into it but WEEKS pass by with no reponse. This is honestly disgusting and cant believe they would do this to their OWN sellers.
