the llm isn't working for you.
you're working for it.
every vague prompt you send
"help me with my business idea", trains you to expect a mediocre output and call it done.
the tool reflects your thinking back at you. bad input, polished garbage out.
here's the actual split:
people who USE the LLM:
-Show up with a real question, a constraint, a specific problem, proper context
they get leverage.
people the LLM USES:
show up with "give me ideas", they get content that sounds smart and does nothing.
the difference isn't the tool.
It's whether you thought before you typed.
AI can't compensate for a lack of proper thinking.

@rushicrypto AI will not wipe out jobs, it will most probably decrease the number of people involved in each department of a company.
We will go from 20 people in one team to 5, and those 5 will definitely know to use to AI.

Most people use claude like google.
Type a question.
Get an answer.
Close the tab.
That's not idea generation.
That's search with extra steps.
Here's the actual workflow:
- Dump your rough idea in plain language, no structure needed
- Ask claude to steelman it AND destroy it in the same prompt and take the destruction.
That's where the real idea lives.
Finally, ask:
"what's the version of this that actually makes money for a 3-person agency"
Now you have something.
The gap between "bad idea" and "fundable idea" is usually just one good prompt.
Most people skip step 2.
They want validation, not a real idea.

You don't need a dev team to ship your first mvp.
you need 4 tools and 4 days.
here's the exact stack:
1. v0dev - describe your UI in plain english. it builds it. no figma, no design skills, no css
you type: "a landing page for a B2B SaaS that helps agencies track client reporting"
it builds the page.
export to code.
done.
2. Cursor - your IDE, but AI is your co-developer. you paste the v0 output, describe what you want to change, and cursor writes the code.
you review, approve, move on.
3. Supabase - your backend in 15 minutes.
Auth, database, storage, edge functions.
All from a dashboard. no backend engineer required.
4. Claude - your product manager, copywriter, and QA tester.
Ask it to write your onboarding flow, review your error messages, write your first 10 email automations.
the old way: 3-month runway, $20k in dev costs, no users yet, final product probably not what you imagined
the new way: $50/mo in tools, a working product in 4 days, real feedback from real people by day 5.
ship something broken and live over something perfect and invisible.
just build.
