Lose what, sir? There's no specific demand they have that's exclusively for Gen Zs. The idea that there needs to be a bargain, a compromise is not their want. They are just asking that institutions must work, wastage must stop, corruption must stop, and meritocracy must prevail They're not asking for a seat at the table, they're saying that there are too many unnecessary seats at the table.

If Gen Zs do not change their strategy and have leaders ASAP, some random opportunists will grab the moment and negotiate on your behalf!! And you will LOSE!! The leaderless strategy was great, but strategy must keep changing. GET YOUR LEADERS NOW!
