@TicketmasterCS Hi My Daughter has purchased some tickets through your site. She is 15 and the concert venue states min unaccompanied age as 18. I also understand from your site that purchasers need to be 18. Please can you let me know how I go about arranging a refund. Thanks

@TicketmasterCS How do I speak to someone on this? Your terms of business clearly state in order to purchase from you, customers must be at least 18 years old. Also when purchasing the tickets there was no warning that under 18s would not be admitted without a paying adult.
