From what I know, yes, you can convert back to jpg on your own terms and Glaze will still be in tact.
Keep in mind all social media sites will strip meta data away regardless for security/privacy reasons.
Helpful tip from @aimeecozza. To minimize finegrain artifacts, send PNG to Glaze and get PNG back to minimize JPG artifacts. Almost like processing photos in RAW.
Also: If your style is v sensitive to glaze, rerun a few times & pick best one. Glaze has random component each run
