@Telstra I have a confirmed (by tech support team) outage but the outage page is also down for my area so have no idea about service restoration. There doesn’t seem to be any concern that the service status is down—which is the first thing anyone with a problem should be able to check.

@ainshc You can contact the Tech support team via Live chat tel.st/kajhp & select "Broadband, Bundles & Homephone" from the first drop-down menu & "bill, plan or add-ons" from the second drop-down, or if you can't get online, you can call directly on 133933. Regards - Tom(2/2)

@Telstra There maybe a fault with my service and not neighbours (maybe not) however your outage system is broken for my area. It doesn’t say no outage is says outage status is not working (I have tested it with other addresses).

@ainshc Ainsley, there may be a fault with your individual service without it being a widespread outage. If the tool doesn't find a fault with your service, then it will direct you to contact our support team and provide a reference number. Provide this when you speak with them-Jesse

@Telstra …but the troubleshooting tool will tell me there is no outage in my area which would lead me to think it’s a problem with my modem, computer, my line—but there is a confirmed outage in my area, just no public report of it and no way for me to track progress.

@ainshc Then I would recommend our troubleshooting tool here: tel.st/9abaz. If this doesn't resolve the issues, then you would need to report this to our tech support team on 133933 and they can investigate for you. -Jesse

@Telstra No, outage service reporting for Cable Broadband in Klemzig, SA is still broken (as is my service).
