@aisforapplepod @neilbuttery - Bayleaf Vodka update. After 2 weeks I've decanted the Vodka. It's a gorgeous colour & has a faint bay smell. However, the taste is amazing, definitely bay & a warm back note. Not one to turn into a liqure, sugar would kill it, IMHO. Will repeat
