cold calling sucks tremendously because 1. its brutal 2. it works its especially brutal because no one is ever happy about receiving a cold call, and you know that, but you have to do it anyways. and not just once, like 100 times a day. and then it'll work.

Solo Founders helped me to succeed and not make a lot of the early stage mistakes! It’s genuinely one of the best programs and if you’re a solo founder it can accelerate you 100x.

i think all of the hiring advice is overrated. like sure exceptional people are great but if you have a roadmap just hire people that will execute. especially with SWEs and AI, the delta between good and great has decreased. just hire folks that get the job done.
