Running a small lightweight gpu cluster on @webuildscore / @bittensor and a big one on NOUS.
NOUS v easy.
Bittensor v hard.
Different problem sets ofc. and NOUS still very much in testing.
Both interesting.
The future of AI investing is in our opinion through GPU clusters.
It's democratizing, creates loyalty, and brings core resources to labs that otherwise need to go out and raise massive amounts of capital.

Got to setting up Hermes Agent from @NousResearch
Setup took about an hour, pretty easy.
It's currently:
Managing the AIyield GPU clusters on Bittensor (SN44, @webuildscore ) and NOUS Psyche.
It SSHs into my miner every 30 min, checks if it's alive, alerts me if it goes down, pulls my wallet balance, and monitors my GPU share holdings, auto restarts when down.

cancel your chatgpt subscription and delete your openclaw slop. i'm serious. go on ebay and buy a used RTX 3060 for the price of two months of pro. or check your drawer because half of you already own one and forgot about it. install hermes agent from @NousResearch. one framework, 31 tools, file operations, terminal, browser, code execution. connect it to your local llama.cpp server running qwen 3.5 9B Q4. total download is 5.3 gigs. that's it. that's the whole setup. every experiment you hesitated to run on API. every project you shelved because you didn't want your data on someone else's server. every late night idea you didn't test because you hit your rate limit. all of that is gone. runs 24/7 on your electricity. your machine. your data never leaves your house. connect it to telegram if you want it on your phone. hook up whatever tools you need. the model thinks at 29 tok/s with 128K context and it never bills you. qwen 3.5 9B and one RTX 3060 is the setup most people will never try because they've been trained to believe intelligence has to come from a datacenter. it doesn't. it runs on 12 gigs of VRAM under your desk right now. stop giving your thinking away for free.

Hermes can now play Pokemon Red/FireRed autonomously via headless emulation. The new pokemon-agent package (github.com/NousResearch/p…) and built-in skill provides a REST API game server, and Hermes drives it through its native tools - reading game state from RAM, making strategic battle decisions, navigating the overworld, and saving progress to memory across sessions. It just plays Pokemon. From your terminal. No display server needed.

We shipped hermes-agent-self-evolution (github.com/NousResearch/h…) and an optional skill - an evolutionary self-improvement system that uses DSPy + GEPA to optimize Hermes's own skills, prompts, and code. It maintains populations of solutions, applies LLM-driven mutations targeted at specific failure cases, and selects based on fitness. Inspired by Imbue's Darwinian Evolver research that achieved 95.1% on ARC-AGI-2.

The abliteration skill got a major update. Hermes can now uncensor any open-weight LLM (Llama, Qwen, Mistral, etc.) by surgically removing refusal directions from model weights - 9 CLI methods, 116 model presets, tournament evaluation. Just say "abliterate this model" and it handles the rest.

Hermes now runs on iMessage and Signal alongside Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Slack, and CLI. Full feature parity: voice messages, image handling, DM pairing. Your agent is reachable everywhere.

When your primary model goes down (rate limits, outages), Hermes now automatically switches to a configured fallback model. Supports all providers including Codex OAuth and Nous Portal. One line of config, zero downtime.

All tool outputs now redact API keys, tokens, and passwords before they reach the LLM. 22+ patterns covering AWS, Stripe, HuggingFace, GitHub, SSH private keys, database connection strings, and more. Your secrets never leak into context.
