@byteHumi He is still in college. What's more suprising that he is from BITS online degree....no traditional offline college.

this is the biggest red flag for any recruter btw you need atleast 2-3 months to get used to the work for any org, jumping companies to companies every 3-4 months means he didn't contributed to anything major 5 internships in 1.5 years and not a single conversion

best free hack for developers rn: want tutorials? -> youtube want skills? -> build projects want experience? -> open source want opportunities? -> post online consistently want mentorship? -> talk to people better than you want confidence? -> ship in public want clarity? -> stop consuming and start building want a network? -> help people online want internships? -> become impossible to ignore internet is literally the most unfair advantage if you use it properly

I am tier 3 college passed out from a typical private college charging lakhs of fees and providing 0 placements. I didn't even sit for my college placements due to my low cgpa.. At that time I had been applying every job platform but hardly got any response But it was @X from where I got my first ever remote Job with decent pay then what most of people get ! It was an amazing BLR based startup which taught me a lot of things and gave a confident start to my career.... If it wasn't for X then only god knows where I would have ended up 😂
