@tottinge I find the notion that EACH PERSON knows even as much as 10% astonishing and incomprehensible. I can only imagine that EACH PERSON has little idea about what skills are necessary outside of their own.

Considering the skillset needed to go from concept to full deployment & monitoring, EACH PERSON individually knows:

It’s confusing to me to meet people who have entered the software world as agile coaches. It seems weird that someone is coaching but has never served on an agile team in any capacity and has never observed people doing the work before. Can you help me understand?

@tottinge I first observed this phenomenon being trained in project management by people who never managed a single project. In fact who had never WORKED on a single project. Amazing!
