@amy_ollerton #freelancer here! It’s honestly a struggle because I both have ADHD & workaholic tendencies😅 but mostly I play a podcast with a sleep timer & that keeps my mind occupied enough to let me sleep. Mostly comedy podcasts w/out an underlying plot

Quick question for #writerscommunity and #freelancers: How do you switch off at night? I feel like I definitely struggle to stop for the night and just put my phone or laptop away. Sometimes it's okay but I don't want to make it a habit!
