@Checkatrade had some extremely dodgy work carried out and trying to claim on your official guarantee scheme, but not getting any responses from your team! Please can you help?

@Checkatrade The claim has been going on for 4 months and no progress (it takes 2-3 weeks for your team to reply). Is the guarantee even worth anything?
