The more I work on thumbnails...the more I realize: The one you think will win may not. You love the clean, polished version ↳ but viewers ignore it. The one you thought wouldn’t work ↳ It gets 400k+ views Test ruthlessly. The data always knows better than you do.

If only you knew how many channels started with zero subscribers, zero money and zero connections, and went on to hit a million views... you'd stop blaming the algorithm and start fixing your thumbnails.

You see a creator hit a million views and think… “They probably know something I don’t” True, but more importantly… They’ve been doing it for longer than you have. The cheat code you’re looking for is consistency.

The thumbnail is the first thing a viewer sees. And it's the reason they click or don't. Everything else only matters if they click. So the order of operations should be: 1. Idea research firs 2. Packaging concept next 3. Filming last Strategy before production. Always.

@Oliver_Clingain you’ve gotta do what you need to do to scale your business. it doesn’t matter what belief you’ve about something. you being stubborn won’t scale your business.

Stop glorifying bootstrapping for the sake of it. If the business needs capital to grow faster, raise it. If the business needs a hire to unlock the next level, make it. If the business needs an agency to fix acquisition, hire one. Stubbornness isn't a strategy. Growth is. Use whatever gets you there.

I completed a $8500 launch earlier this month. What worked for me? 1. Direct offers on X and email 2. Insightful long forms and emails 3. Following up with my best prospects I combined this with lots of volume and proof. Worked like a charm.
