针对近期被问得最多的几个问题，我们在这里统一回复🙏：
1. 当前修复到什么进度了？什么时候能修好？
外部压力仍在不断加剧，我们在不惜一切代价寻找新的方案和可用资源，但目前仍未达到稳定的状态，所以修复时间不敢轻易承诺。有任何进展都会第一时间在群内同步，请再给我们一点时间。
2. 你们是不是要跑路了？
不会跑路。我们一直都在，技术、客服、团队每一个人都在正常运转。用户权益是底线，我们会负责到底。跑路从来都不是我们的选项，把快连 VPN 做回来才是。
3. 到底能不能退款？
可以退款。在 App 菜单栏点击「在线客服」输入“退款”即可提交申请（「在线客服」无需连接 VPN 就可以直接访问）。不存在任何不能退款、不给退款、冷处理的情况。
4. 在线客服全是 AI，找不到真人，也能退款吗？
可以。AI 只是帮忙收集退款信息，最后会由真人处理。因为当前咨询量暴涨，我们不得不这样分工，您按 AI 提示提交信息即可，不会有任何一个漏单。
5. 申请退款但是到一直没有收到，你们是不是在骗人？
当前退款申请量远超日常，我们正在逐一处理，到账会慢一些，预计需要 5 - 10 个工作日原路退回。
6. 退款时长是怎么计算的？
退款以 4 月 8 日网络波动开始当天您剩余的会员时长为准计算。4 月 8 日之后时间全部免费，您不会因为等待而多损失一天。
7. 会不会补偿？为什么还不发？补偿周期怎么计算？
一定会补偿。目前仍未恢复稳定，现在补给您，您也用不痛快，所以暂未启动补偿流程。补偿会从 4 月 8 日起算，直到我们公告恢复稳定为止，这期间您受影响的每一天都会补上，具体方案届时会在软件内和各社媒社群中发布公告。
8. 现在都已经不能用了，为什么还在扣减会员时长？
因为系统扣减是自动的，技术同学都在抢修网络、适配新的技术方案，所以还没顾上调整。请放心，4 月 8 日以来您扣掉的每一天都会原样补回来，不会让您吃一分亏。
我们知道，现在说再多都不如把服务做回来。
请再给我们一点时间。每一步进展都会在群里同步，每一分权益都会负责到底。
