@Lenskart_com 2) why the store people did not tell us at first instance that this is not possible in our system and you go to local optical shop? I am coming from Delhi, here in Vadodara stores things are that professional. Can you please respond to my situation?

@Lenskart_com Thanks Abhishek for quick response, however I am surprised to hear that due to system limitations you can not handle some real life situations and ready to loose customers to local shops. Sorry but I am moving away for this brand. Not a good Buisness strategy…

@Lenskart_com I have following questions 1) Is this true that your system can not handle such cases?Because after that we went to one local shop and they are doing that in half of the rate Lensekart told us. Where shall such Costomer shall go as per your opinion? Local shops?

@Lenskart_com We wanted to put the glasses in existing frame but that need to be repaired,so store advised us that get the frame repaired first and then come back for glasses.Once frame got repaired we asked for glasses and they said that one by focal and one normal not possible

@Lenskart_com Dear Mr Piyush, here is a case for you….. After cataract surgery of left eye doctor prescribed by focal number to left eye and no number ‘zero’ to right one the aged person in my family. A week back we went to Lenskart store at genda circle, Vadodara, Gujarat.

We wanted to put the glasses in existing frame but that need to be repaired, so store advised us that get the frame repaired first and then come back for glasses. One frame got repaired we asked for glasses and they said that one by focal and one normal glass is not in our system
