Zero response from @Delta for trashing my bag. Cool.

First I get diverted to Des Moines and now my second trip to NYC on @Delta in less than a month results I’m a broken bag that nobody can help me with. Do I switch to Greyhound?

So…I’m beginning to question my loyalty to @Delta. When they tell you that your smashed in bag is “normal”

The flight has pushed back and she appears to have gotten away with it. Flying is so cray these days…

To be clear, suitcase is here:

Multiple flight attendants have walked by and I feel this person is very close to pulling this off

For the record, there is a person sitting in that seat…and I’m not sure where she is putting her legs…

What are the chances this flight pushes back with this suitcase fully in the aisle?

Still not over my @Delta Des Moines debacle. Never take the hotel voucher...unless you want recurring nightmares.
