@thsottiaux There is a bug in the App (v 0.118); the chat history has been cut off and not showing recent chats, i have to go back to the CLI (v0.117) to remember what is the last message i sent. HOWEVER, Codex app remembers last messages even if the app chat history doesnt show them.

I get so many personal thank you emails for something and it’s not even a feature. All we needed apparently was a new codex plan. Can we rest now?

I noticed something interesting: Claude Code auto-adds itself as a co-author on every git commit. Codex doesn’t. That’s why you see Claude everywhere on GitHub, but not Codex. I wonder why OpenAI is not doing that. Feels like an obvious branding strategy OpenAI is skipping.
