@BlizzardCS hey can anyone fix the quest sky's hope on wow? I was doing it in a party and it fully bugged out to the point of relogging won't work and now it's bugged to the point that even abandoning the quest and picking it up doesn't work

@BlizzardCS the authentication servers for wow is down. Get a fix going. Keeps saying character not found for all zones

@BlizzardCS @Warcraft @ChrisMetzen hey can we fix the servers? We cannot do anything on wow at all. Any instances we get dropped from and our characters stuck. Not to mention that the character unstuck is not working online. It keeps going in a constant loop back to unstuck page

This is the response I got for trying to get something fixed and also recover game time due to having emergency issues that didn't allow me to use my game time.

@BlizzardCS the support site for d4 is not working when it comes to submitting tickets at all. I just tried 4 times to submit due to a crashing error on d4 that's happened 32 times since the early launch started. I just want too get it fixed because I missed out on worldboss loot
