@JetBlue You could not have a more frustrating UI experience. Booking 5 seats for family; cannot pick seats until you pay for flight and click "Manage Flights". Fine, never seen another airline do this but sure - I will comply.

Go to "Manage Flight" and just get another error. Now, if I call to amend my flight with customer service you bang each traveler for $25. How is this friendly at all?
