I'm giving away the Claude Code skills we use to manage $300k/mo in ad spend at ColdIQ.
4X ROAS on $1M+ spent.
Ivan, our head of growth, built them off 300+ hours running ad campaigns for our clients. They run Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads from the terminal in plain English:
→ bulk edits across platforms
→ custom audiences from CRM lists
→ creative fatigue detection before CTR dips
→ bid adjustments at scale
→ performance audits across periods
Reply "ads" and I'll send the full repo. Must be following.

Just got off a call with my friend who paid the IRS $1.7m in taxes yesterday
He’s a savage ecommerce entrepreneur with a big supplement company
And after wiring the IRS an atrocious amount of money
He decided to draw a line in the sand and say NEVER AGAIN
He’s going to start buying section 8 real estate properties aggressively
Using the same company I’ve used to build my 79 home portfolio
And in 2026, he’ll likely wipe the vast majority of his tax liability from buying cash flowing real estate
Where the federal government and his tenants will pay the debt on the properties every month and in time, create many millions of dollars worth of equity for him
Every high income earner should be buying real estate to reduce tax liability, generate cashflow, and equity over time

I had an idea that was simply too big to ignore. So I'm dropping everything to build it. It's at the intersection of AI x Health. If it works, it's going to completely disrupt the entire health + fitness industry. Stay tuned for the waitlist + turn on push notis 🔔

@thesamparr Congrats! Definitely would do well in Orlando. Have lived here for 3 years and this area has only continued to boom.

PS here are the other chapters we have:
Dallas, Miami, New York, Boston, Toronto, San Francisco, Atlanta, Austin, Vancouver, Chicago, Los Angeles, Denver, London.
We'll launch another 20-30 chapters this year.
I've chained my team to their desks and won't let them out until we have a Paris chapter so I can expense a trip there (same for our members).
If you're desperate to have a core group in your city and don't see your city listed here, lemme know in the comments and we'll try to make it happen.

ANNOUNCEMENT.
We’re opening up 3 new Hampton chapters.
San Diego, Philly, DC.
But first, real quick:
Running an IRL network has tons of cool but hard parts about it.
Cool parts:
It benefits our Atlanta chapter if we have a Hong Kong chapter. So when they travel there, they have their people or wanna connect to someone in HK, they have that.
So, expanding is good.
But the hard part:
Its VERY EASY to grow these businesses. Just sell the dream. Easy.
The hard part is doing actual vetting + making the Core so good a member wants to stay for 20+ years. Making sure you're getting the best people who fit our standards (tech, traction, character) you never sacrifice integrity for $$$.
For example, if we have a 6 person Core group in ATL and they need 2 more ballers...recruiting, vetting, training those new members to be great Core group members...while also having integrity and not coming off salesy/transactional...that's the f*cking hard part.
But thankfully we're figuring it out.
Which is why we're coming to philly, san diego, and DC.
So, get a damn IRL core group:
- monthly irl meeting w 8 other founders like you (ave member does $20m/year)
- going through the same stuff
- calling you out
- helping you learn
We picked these cities because there's a huge, untapped startup community.
So if want to be around other people building startups, apply. I review every app.

We do tons of events at Hampton for our members.
Some we organize, some member led.
Here are a few in Jan/Feb that are neat
(all are IRL in different Chapter cities):
- Eric Lefkosky interview in Chicago. He's launched a ton of $1b+ companies, including Groupon.
- Talk w/ Elisa Marshall, founder of super cool cafe chain Maman.
- Talk w/ Henry Schuck, founder of Zoominfo
- NYC Train with a UFC Fighter: training session with a UFC fighter + QA on dealing w/ pressure.
- VO₂-max test + longevity consult.
- Interview with Lew Frankfort, former Coach CEO. He was rated as one of America's best CEOs.
- Vancouver Whistler Ski Day
- Peak Performance Ski Retreat in Tahoe (this one's a huge favorite)
- Beyond the Boardroom with Kat Cole, President of AG1.
We'll do maybe 100+ this year.
The goal: have fun and make you a better CEO

@DoanDemiran @SMB_Attorney If any entrepreneur is selling a course what does that say about their business?
Unfortunately, the course is the business and the customer is the sucker.
English

@SMB_Attorney Everyone seems to be selling a course. If an SMB owner has so much time what does that say about their business

@franchisewolf Lets talk. We own a food trucm manufacuring company. Sinergy there somewhere?
