This was Baba 10-11 years ago. Pastor Paul Adeferasan stopped inviting him because PFN and CAN labelled him heretic when he started preaching Christ + nothing. So when I see all these ignorant children in the gospel raving mad on social media calling him names, I'll just laugh. Baba no be your regular lazy pastor. He has the word. You have to pray a little more for your eyes of understanding of the scriptures to open for you to understand his knowledge in the mystery of Christ. Jesus's disciples spent 3 and half years with him, but still didn't understand anything in the scriptures of the prophet, till his resurrection. How much more this generation.

A camp of believers, seem determined to destroy the teachings on the gospel of Grace because it creates no room for boasting in works. It creates no room for what they teach that Jesus did 3% and the remaining 97% burden is on us. This is the same camp that taught that eternal Life is different from everlasting Life, even though the Bible never makes such a distinction. Both expressions come from the same root and are used interchangeably in Scripture. It is the same Life, not different lives. This is the same camp that said our sanctification can be stained, when the Bible says Christ became unto us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, so that no one should boast in his own standing, but "he that glories, let him glory in the Lord." This is the same camp that read the story of Demas and concluded that Demas lost salvation, when the Bible never says that. The Bible says Demas left Paul, having loved this present world, and did not continue on the mission field. It does not say he lost salvation. This is the same camp that quotes Revelation 3 as though it teaches the loss of salvation, when John already defines the overcomer in 1 John 5 as the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. The same John is consistent in teaching that he who has the Son already has eternal Life. So why should people take their conclusions seriously? What assurance is there that they will not speak big, complicated grammar that leaves weak believers more confused, arguing over straws, using philosophical gymnastics and cunning words mixed with warnings without teaching the assurance found in Christ? Why should anyone take seriously people who say they are more holy than all their members, when even the apostles did not teach gradients of holiness? They taught that Christ became our righteousness and our holiness that is, the One who set us apart. That is why, in all of Paul's rebukes to the Corinthians, he still called them saints. So why should anyone take such people seriously as rightly understanding the Bible when what is often displayed is pride, self-glory, and theological gymnastics that leave people more confused than clarified? Watch out for all the straws they will present from Genesis to Revelation and all historical jargons.

It’s an assurance to you all. The light of God is finally dawning on this false doctrine. Yes, it will die. We promise you. Hypergrace will die. It started with Nicholas and Capocrates, it will die in this time.

It will be a lot of big English words devoid of any meaning. Eternal life is Eternal life No amount of sermon or pontification can suddenly change eternal life to temporary life Anything other than what John 3 teaches is nothing short of falsehood!

BIRTHDAY THINGS... Finally, I get to start something of an explication of the doctrine of salvation, and something of a response to some of the contortions being peddled against those of us who push back at hypergrace. To be clear: the problem with hypergrace is not simply the belief in OSAS. Properly qualified, Calvinists believe in OSAS. So the issue is deeper than that. OSAS is just a convenient pretense, a cunning smokescreen with which hypergracers seek to arm-twist the church into ceding them a seat at the table, and thereby bully the bride of Christ into investing hypergrace, even if unwittingly, with legitimacy. It is in the text that Jesus is the author of "eternal salvation." No Christian should deny that. So, believing in eternal salvation is not the contention. The contention is something as sly as it is sinister. It is the sleight of hand, the sophistry by which hypergrace smuggles aberration into the faith. It is the hermeneutical move that flattens the nuanced landscape of biblical doctrine into a strangulated and sterilized wasteland. The land is lush-green, but hypergrace makes it anemic. At its best, hypergrace would plant a full stop where God, in scripture, ordains a comma or a (semi)colon. These are the issues. It is a matter of doctrinal responsibility to unpack and clarify them. It is incumbent on those of us burdened with the sacred privilege of teaching to hold up the banner of true witness in this day of Marcion-like maneuvers and empty novelties. There are easily a dozen critical points of departure in hypergrace – points of departure from the historic apostolic faith we inherited, as it came to us through the godly, faithful testimonies and labours of Prophets, Sages, and Martyrs. The vacated and limp novelties peddled by hypergrace must be identified for what they are. Another gospel! Yes, hypergrace is another gospel – one that is (for instance) reluctant to accept God's unambiguous, personal self-identification as both the God of Love and the God of Justice. All I intend to do for now is not to lay a finger on every one of the myriad errors at the heart of hypergrace. I want to look at the doctrine of salvation, and use the exercise to refute the faulty soteriology of hypergrace. You are welcome to join us.

@Wizarab10 Prayer is really not about asking for stuffs from God. Prayer is basically relating with you father, a communication and a form of worship. That's why we pray in the spirit (tongues) often.

I'm not trying to be atheistical or influence you not to pray. It is a weakness, not a flex. As a Christian, you ought to pray ceaselessly. I just do not consciously pray. But I do if you compel me to. I usually prefer worship and thanksgiving. I'm just not comfortable with the idea of making demands in the name of prayer. Even if I have to, I end up praying for others. I just believe God is faithful enough to do what he wants to, if he wants to, and when he wants to. However, I'm working on my prayer life. Not well enough, but I'm on it.
