the way some people engage w/ kgbc rly leaves me wondering if they wouldn't just be happier reading something else. not even a vague, just a lot of odd, bad faith takes on the tl today. at the end of the day it's a story and the characters will always be tools to move it forward.

@akemuus Yeah characters dying isn’t bad, it marks a characters arc ending or cuts their arc to impact others. I think it’s more interesting to view each specific case, not a blanket “killing female characters is bad”. Sometimes a character dying makes them more important to the narrative

I think chiaki and Akemura will become some of my favorite characters. Their story will be tragic, chiaki will foresee the destruction of the malediction, Akemura will be the one to commit it.
If she ends up dying, she’ll be both tragic and doomed. And how will Akemura react?
