You cannot force highly skilled people to work a set number of hours. They will just pretend to which is easy to do. They’ll read Reddit, make easy tasks stretch in time, have a longer lunch, longer meetings, etc. The only way I’ve seen or experienced seeing people work a lot of raw hours is because they believe what they are doing has mission, it challenges, users are scrambling for it, or it moves their soul somehow.

Caught my insulin pump giving me a small auto-correction. A key difference between a pump and insulin shots is precision. With shots, a half unit was the smallest dose I could administer. With a pump, doses are measured in tenths of units. #T1D #diabetes #LADA

I've been 'hurt' with Linux updates in the past. Its been getting better. I'm just personally stunned that this update clearly did not have much of a QA cycle. 200 folks use my site, if it goes down, everyone goes outside and yells at clouds, its QA is lose, but when you have 1/2 a million folks use your software that breaks their Internet when it breaks... It really should be a little better - and yes, I know its free. I got what I paid for.

Heads up. The move from #pihole v5 to v6 is a breaking upgrade for a LOT of people - including me. I am no longer am a PiHole user...
