@fyxs_casts Lmao Akhil ji said " who set those expectations " then how tf you can ask for support if you can't even show smtg even after 36 matches ? 44-46% teams were qualifying in Gauntlet round which is almost half of the lobby. Atleast #14/16 isn't a thing to be get excited for.

@sardarjiYT According to me, the salary structure should have three components base pay + incentive ( based on where you finish ) + cut. INDUS has a very small sample size and is difficult to quantify base salary. 15-20k would be a decent start in my opinion. Depends on lot of other factors.
