Applied for credit card from ICICI on 15/04/2022 with application number 7202004989118. The process is not completed yet but @ICICIBank did 2 back to back credit enquiries to CIBIL. One enquiry is for a personal loan I haven't even applied for. @ICICIBank_Care please explain.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL No resolution on this issue yet. Initially I got a call explaining some payment issue with third party service provider causing the issue.

@ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank Complaint regarding credit card application #7202004989118 still under process. Contacted customer care 2 weeks ago and no callback to rectify the issue yet. Video KYC required company type, which was nowhere asked on the application, so not matching.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL SMS to special numbers are not working even with valid prepaid plan and account balance. Trying to send SMS to 567676(SBI banking service costing 3Rs per sms). SMS to normal numbers are working (by deducting from balance). Note: 1503 is unresponsive
