A certain percentage goes into my pocket so basically I reward myself for my hardwork while still focused on the growth of the business. All of this in 100% you can do that as well. That way you are not eating your profit and swallowing your capital.

Running a business with not so much resources is stressful I'm tired but I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm glad I have to work hard and work smart.
