Quick question: How much of these 10k sales were driven by exchange/upgrade offers from existing Ola owners whose scooters were stuck at service centres for months? Was a significant portion pent-up replacement demand from frustrated customers rather than fresh buyers? Hey @airtelindia, I’m facing a dispute with @Utkarshsfbl. Could you please confirm whether any SMS was delivered to my number on 1 Feb 2026 around 08:37:00 from them, or any time that day? They claim it was sent, but I did not receive any message.
