@i_mika_el @X That's a good point. When you say finding exact pain, where did you usually look? Search, replies to bigger accounts, or specific keywords?

@akshat_code @X for me organic worked better than ads. finding exact pain in comments and replying there is slow, but less random.

A few weeks ago, we showed the first version of ArcLab. Some people liked it. Some didn't. The feedback that stayed with us was simple: "It doesn't feel crafted." So we stopped trying to defend it. We rebuilt it. ArcLab is back. Launch is getting close.

The redesign wasn't about making ArcLab look better. It was about making it easier to understand. Turns out those are two very different problems.
