@ArchaeoDuck I feel your pain. My youngest is in Year 6, Covid Bubble burst week before hols. Letter from school today saying they don't know if enough teachers will even show up tomorrow as unions are circulating proforma letters citing H&S concerns. I back the teachers 100%

This is our 10(ish) year old rescue Lurcher. He hasn't stopped shaking and palpitating since 16.30 (GMT). He's can't eat anything or bear to be touched. He's on calming tablets, blankets and David Attenborough. Please just #banfireworks. Dogs can die of fright.

The winter months see puffins lose their striking colours which make them so striking. Many humans suffer a similar phenomenon with their emotional and mental health during the darker months. This is why our We Rock Wednesday feature is more important than ever. #selfconfidence

@MentoringWomen1 After 2 days of being proper poorly, I felt well enough to take by dog for a walk. The yellow band around his neck is to warn other dog owners he is reactive, so you have to be on top form to take him out.

Someone decided to take their family away on an adventure on the busiest day for traffic, 3.5 hour drive took 5. That same someone may have been making up for missing seeing Rage Against the Machine at Leeds today. That same person drove past Bramham Park in torrential rain.

My boy totally owned his Autism today and completed his first Martial Arts grading. He is very sound sensitive, & had to cope with lots of noise & different instructor voices, as well as the fitness challenge. In his words, he managed to "put my autism away". #proudmum #asd
