@alangrantshat @gigyjoes @GuruAnaerobic @_baklon You would be surprised what running + lifting does for your physique. The cope is to think that the only way to achieve those results is by taking steroids or trt.

@gigyjoes @GuruAnaerobic @_baklon You don’t need them to look like that. But at his age 99% of dudes that look like that are on test at least. And this is no hate. I juice and so does almost every fitness influencer.
