Hey @Delta we are sitting on the runway for 80+ minutes in Atlanta (headed to EWR) being told the pilot is stuck in traffic. We all managed to be at the airport on time. Why isn’t the pilot here? What will be done for a plane full of inconvenienced passengers? #disappointed
