People don’t know what’s true anymore, so they cling tighter to whatever narrative they already chose. 3️⃣ Crisis This is the breaking point. Reality hits hard. Something happens that forces confrontation with truth. 4️⃣ Normalization After the chaos, people accept a new version of reality because they’re exhausted, confused, and easier to control.
