@Marriott @MarriottBonvoy I’m a Gold Elite member. The shower in my room broke last night at 8pm and would not turn off. I called the front desk who told me they would fix it. I called again at 2am and was told that nobody would be in until the morning to fix it so I had to hear a loud shower running the entire night. There was a repair person in my room from 8:30am until 11:30am today who was never able to fix it. When I was told by the front desk that the engineer couldn’t fix the shower and I would be moved to a new room when one opened up, I asked to have the engineer leave but he remained in my room for another hour after I had to go to the front desk to ask him to leave 4 separate times. This is my shower that I can’t currently shower in and no other room has been made available to me yet. The hotel offered me 2,000 Marriott Bonvoy points to make up for the inconvenience. That’s definitely not going to work for me considering the cost to book a room in this hotel with points tonight is 67,000 points.

Big day today

@FedEx I sent a package on July 20th with a signature required. The recipient missed the package. They then drove 30 minutes away to pick the package up from the location that was on the sticker where the package would be held. They were told that the package hadn't returned yet. Next the delivery driver missed my recipient two more times. I spent an hour speaking with a supervisor at Fedex yesterday who told me the package would be held at your station until 8:45pm today. My recipient drove 30 more minutes today to get the package and they were told that the package was already returned to sender. I called into support and the supervisor told me they can't go back and listen to yesterdays call and today's supervisor Alex told me my best bet is to wait until I get my package returned, then call fedex to get a refund. Later in the conversation Alex admitted that fedex doesn't even offer refunds in this situation so I dealt with 2 days straight of supervisors telling me things that aren't true. Horrible customer experience. Please listen to the calls.

@vueling you lost my luggage on December 11th. It was returned to me on January 5th. I filed a claim on your website for compensation on January 24th. Now you are emailing me that the deadline to claim for luggage delay is 21 days from receipt. I made the claim 19 days after receipt. I call and am not able to speak to anybody. I slept outside in freezing weather to raise awareness for youth experiencing homelessness. @covenanthouseak provides shelter and support for 200 young people every night. Tragically, some who can’t access these services are forced to take desperate measures—like sleeping in cemeteries and using tombstones to shield themselves from the freezing winds. So far, we’ve raised nearly $10.5K toward our $15K goal, and I want to thank everyone who has already generously donated. Your support means so much and is making a real difference. This was my second year participating, and even as a lifelong Alaskan, it’s mentally and physically taxing to prepare for a night outdoors in the wind, snow, or freezing temperatures. Even with state-of-the-art gear, access to a bathroom, and knowing this experience ends when I wake up, it’s still tough. I can’t imagine what it’s like to live this reality every day with no end in sight.
