Third time in my career in the rally2 car and first WRC2 podium 🥳 It was quite mental weekend I have to say but Robert was on a mission all weekend 😅

@AnttiL_WRC @ERCRoyalRally actually true yeah, they already used smaller roads last year. I was thinking more about ´22 when i did that event. But I have heard that they needed to change the route this year also to make it slower.

@AnttiL_WRC @ERCRoyalRally also to add to your post: Latvian stages were too fast so they are using some smaller roads this year. And those roads are probably quite soft and more similar to Poland if we think about ruts. Estonia in the other hand uses little bit more wide and stronger roads this year.

@AnttiL_WRC @ERCRoyalRally Not many jumps in Sweden, but the surface is almost same as in Finland, roads mostly little bit narrower than Finland. I would say it's some ways like easier version of Finland, but still very nice roads with some tricky sections.

Long break from WRC rallies ended with my first proper event in a rally2 car. Quite a challenge! Big thanks to Robert who invited me, alot learned again.

I am happy to announce that after a 9-month break from competition, I am back on the track. I will make my first start of the season at the @Rally_d_Italia next weekend. The car this year is the Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 prepared by the RaceSeven team. #STARTER @OfficialWRC #WRC2

@HartusvuoriWRC You can still do something more interesting even using the "less is more" mindset. But I guess the designer (if they have one) said the same thing when he finished his hard job

@AnttiL_WRC @OfficialWRC Speed with FWD car isn't always everything. In Estonia for example Linnamäe was clearly slower than Virves with FWD cars, but now with R5 they are quite even. Of course, Linnamäe have had more km's in a R5 car but he had those km's with FWD also and wasn't that fast.

@fanTanak8 @AnttiL_WRC Latest information from estonian rally community - Taka got puncture and rolled because of that, team told spectators not to take pictures. Guys are okay, but Ralli.ee is saying that it was big enough to end the test. No more information.

@HartusvuoriWRC About that last question - I think every team have some "friends" on stages during the rally to report everything about the stage and it's absolutely legal to have them there as much as I understand.

@AnttiL_WRC Some information from the stage said that there were safety issues, people walking on the road for example. Not confirmed, just heard it.
