Blender → Seedance strikes again. Seedance can really interpret intention strongly depending on the style of the input frame. I got the mocap of the background mannequin from @Viggle_PINOC ,but drew the input frame with an FMA-style-sway. So despite the motion being stiff, it got the intended style + cloth movement. Pretty cool stuff.

Dusted off an old pilot script which I've decided to fully produce in an AI-animation workflow. I've been meeting so many talented creators while at @fablesimulation - i'm super inspired to get my hands dirty using these tools. step 1 of PrePro - board out the scene I used #gptimage2 and @Photoshop for the storyboards. Honestly, for an animatic, the Photoshop process was the WAY to go. The new rotate object tool was great for blocking, then I'd just volley it back to image2 to clean up. Weirdly, the squash and stretch of the rotation tool mimicked traditional animation which added a new layer to the board. I tried my best to ignore consistency as even in traditional animation, the animatic is less about keeping a character on model, and more about timing out a scene to make sure the jokes land + story works. No sound yet - that's the next step. Will probably temp my voice and mess with it using @ElevenLabs I plan to take this single scene to final. This will give me a strong north star as i produce the rest of the show. I am currently exploring avenues for when i get into Production. Tbh Comfy seems too daunting to me. Any advice is greatly appreciated! #aianimation #comedy #electronicspilot

Awesome article Alex ❤️❤️ I really love that of view! This is exactly what I'm trying to do! I'm trying to build something that people connect with, love and genuinely feel attached to. Not something that you watch for one time and swipe after like it didn't exist! That is why whenever I post anything the number one metric for me is the saves and follows I get, because it means that someone loved my work and want to rewatch it again! Or they want to see more of my upcoming work and for me that is a huge win! Also I hope one day, I can make something that gets into your list of favorites 🥰

@eliott__mogenet 100% agree. Views are free. If a Creator is able to generate even a dollar out of their fanbase, that is HUGE. To have a random person want to invest in you creatively is the best signal

@alex_bogen Interesting article! Virality means being famous for 5 minutes, if not 5 seconds. Metrics like the percentage of viewers who watch one episode after another, or the size of a fanbase willing to pay for extras (private theater screenings, merch, etc.), seem much more meaningful.
