My insurance went up by 12% so I called and asked why. They told me it’s adjusted for inflation. But current inflation rates are 3.6-3.8%. 12% isn’t inflation, sweetie, it’s capitalism.

Up first: it’s far easier to change my name for my @TSA Pre-Check enrollment with @IdemiaGroup than it is for my credit card with @Chase. The name change form @Chase requires has to be MAILED TO MY HOUSE and I have to MAIL IT BACK with the required docs (& idk what they need).

Changing my name has been a PROCESS so I’m going to put two organizations against each other every day and let you know which was easier.
