Coining a term nobody asked for: AIPHD AI Powered, Human Driven. Not "AI replacing devs." Not "AI is just autocomplete." AI handles volume. Humans handle judgment. Ship together, human owns the quality gate. Sounds crazy but so did DevOps in 2008. @heyandras wdyt? #AIPHD

⚠️ Devs: if your app uses Google APIs (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) and routes data through @OpenRouter — Google will reject your OAuth verification! Their ToS allow using content for AI training, which violates Google's Limited Use policy. No model or config fixes this. If you're building anything that combines Google user data with third-party AI providers, audit your data flow now — before you're months into development and stuck in verification limbo. @googledevs

Leveled up with @AnthropicAI 🚀 Completed the two most important IMHO Anthropic Academy courses: 🧠 AI Fluency - Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence. The mental model for collaborating with AI the right way. ⚡ Building with the Claude API - prompt evals, RAG pipelines, MCP servers, agentic workflows, computer use. The full developer playbook. The shift to AI-first products isn't a trend — it's the new foundation. Every product, every workflow, every stack is being rethought. Certified and ready. Bring on the challenges. #AI #Anthropic #Claude #BuildWithAI #FutureDev

Admittedly, the situation is rather ironic and amusing 🙃 However, I truly believe that with the rise of AI, open-source software is about to enter a significant new phase of evolution. (The screenshot was done recently after I updated one my OSS project; ref.:github.com/AlexanderC/nes…).

While OpenClaw is running smoothly and our AI co-worker Mike is doing very well- the main downside is actually the price paid for the models— e.g. it charged ~6-8$ for a basic AI generated one-pager, one iteration!!, which obv will go nuts for serious production systems… (x.com/alexcryp_/stat…) There are plenty of optimization techniques and models to play around (btw I use OpenRouter) it is still a cost which can/should be avoided by routing (by default) to a free local/cloud model whether it makes sense. Yay- thanks god we have Ollama! I was battle testing the Qwen3-coder (the quantized/memory efficient version of it), however it seems, unless I set up a proper “AI hardware rack”- I gonna stick to Minimax-m2.5. Btw- you might check a second iteration of Mike’s “Syndika landing page AI remake”- it looks waaay better, and all that enhancement done for FREE using Minimax (mike-mcdonut-agent.github.io/openclaw-test/).

I've recently run a pilot, proving how AI and human expertise can reshape design, development, and governance at the speed of business. I carried out an "AI-augmented remake" of the @Syndika_co’s front page, that preserves @Syndika_co voice while signaling “AI at work.” The AI engine behind this effort is Mike McDonut (OpenClaw), operating with his own GitHub and Gmail accounts to illustrate true, transparent collaboration. Why this matters: it’s not about replacing people; it’s about accelerating prototyping, preserving brand integrity, and moving outsourcing and venture-studio models toward faster, governance-forward collaboration. We’re heating toward the future- AI-enabled, transparent, and aligned with security and accessibility. Where to see the Mike's AI landing remake: mike-mcdonut-agent.github.io/openclaw-test/ Mike McDonut is live and pretty sure will outgrow the experimental phase... • Mike's GitHub: github.com/mike-mcdonut-a… • Mike's Gmail: mike.mcdonut.agent@gmail.com (Obviously the content/image is AI generated or/and augmented...)

Alibaba just dropped **Qwen3.5**- native multimodal (text+image+audio+video), agentic powerhouse with visual action capabilities across apps, 397B total / 17B active MoE for insane efficiency, 60% cheaper inference, crushes major benchmarks. Qwen family already the **most downloaded** open-source series on Hugging Face (700M+ downloads and climbing). **Why open source this aggressively?** Massive dev ecosystem + feedback flywheel > faster real-world adoption > cloud/enterprise growth > solid positioning in cost-effective frontier AI. Smart strategy, not charity. Quality at scale wins. Respect to the Qwen team. 🔥 #AI #OpenSource #Qwen #Alibaba

imo crypto died the moment we stopped being curious and started being extractive. when it went from late night rabbit holes and anonymous experiments to content calendars, monetization funnels, and personal brands. the magic was never in the revenue. it was in the chaos, the obsession, the feeling that you were early to something that didn’t even have a name yet.

8/8 What are you seeing in the trenches right now? Finality mismatches still the biggest pain? Reorgs biting harder than expected? Economic attacks creeping in? Drop your war stories below- let's compare notes. 🚀#Web3 #Interop #Blockchain #DeFi

7/8 In 2026- with interop accelerating (market projections in billions, universal liquidity layers live), winners aren't fastest relay. They're the ones treating cross-chain as a reliability surface: predictable, auditable, recoverable. Messaging connects you. Reliability gets you to production at scale.

5/8 Economic guarantees tie it together- or rip it apart. Relayers/validators/oracles need skin in the game. Weak slashing on one chain --> cheap spam/censorship. Incentive mismatches across ecosystems invite DoS or extractive attacks. Move toward restaking (EigenLayer-style) or shared security to bootstrap alignment- but still early days. Miss incentives = economically attackable interop, even if crypto-sound.

4/8 Partial execution rollbacks turn small fails into disasters. Cross-chain isn't atomic by default. Liquidity add: burn succeeds source, mint fails dest (gas spike, oracle stall). Dangling tokens, broken invariants. HTLC patterns work for simple swaps, but complex intents (cross-chain flash loans, etc.) need better coordination. Intent solvers + app-specific routing are emerging to bundle rollbacks- but brittle without exhaustive failure modeling.

Interop is a reliability problem, not a messaging problem! Everyone's still hyping cross-chain messaging: "Just relay packets, verify proofs, execute remotely- done." LayerZero, CCIP, Axelar, Hyperlane have made arbitrary messaging feel routine. ZK proofs + optimistic verification cut latency and costs dramatically. In 2026, we're seeing sub-second finality experiments (Espresso hitting ~2s on devnet) and omnichain apps becoming the baseline. But prod-grade interop breaks when reliability fails. Messaging is table stakes; surviving real failure modes is the hard engineering. Here's what actually keeps teams awake. (1/8, thread follows...)

3/8 Reorg handling is a silent killer. Deep reorgs are rare on mature L1s, but they happen. Starknet's Jan 5, 2026 incident: blockifier bug caused outage --> ~18 minutes of activity reverted after a forced reorg. Cross-chain? If a relayed intent executes in the vulnerable window, inconsistent state everywhere. Multi-oracle verification helps, but you still need timeouts, watcher networks, slashable bonds to deter racing reorgs. No robust reorg-aware design = every bridge becomes a griefing vector.
