@catholiccat18 @hashjenni same here. i only eat beef when im absolutely craving it, so maybe every couple of months. replaced it with tofu, and lowkey most of my recipes slap. eat a lot of chicken too, mostly bc it freezes easy.

@hashjenni Beef. I only eat poultry now. I also buy bulk and eat a little bit throughout the week instead of individual servings - for example, I buy a tub of yogurt and spoon a bit into an old sour cream container rather than buying individual yogurt cups
